Monolithic coatings in electric oven dust sedimentation chambers and ducts

Since the year 2000, Alfran designs, supplies and installs monolithic and shaped refractories for the Sedimentation Cameras and Ducts of the Electric Furnace, including the design engineering with a mix of the main materials, which are preformed pieces, bricks, concretes, mortars and various insulating materials.

Alfran specializes in the design of preformed parts, manufactured with high resistance concrete to hot erosion and thermal shock, and heat treated with controlled drying. This type of pieces can be placed in the most conflictive areas, such as walls plinth, slab pieces, and some areas with higher impact walls, and also in window and door lintels.
