Gunning system in which the castable is introduced into a gunning machine, and transported dry through hoses, mixing with water or binder, in the nozzle. Used to minimize the risks of accidents due to the reduction of personnel in the installation process compared to other methods, such as casting, and to improve installation performance,since formworks is not necessary.

In this case, high-pressure pump is used to supply the mixing liquid, with an improved nozzle system, which provides better compaction, higher performances and lower material losses (rejection-rebound). The improvement of the mixing efficiency allows materials with better performance, opening the possibility to be applied in areas of high thermal and mechanical demand, due to its excellent thermo-mechanical performance and against chemical attacks.
