Aerial Demolition Equipment with CastBreaker (CDD)
For work on vertical structures, in hard-to-reach areas or on equipment where the use of scaffolding or platforms is not feasible, Alfran offers innovative, in-house designed solutions for robotic demolition suspended by a hoist.
The CastBreaker Demolition Device (CDD) is a piece of equipment designed using advanced technology to operate whilst suspended in the air, enabling refractory demolition tasks to be carried out with a high level of safety, control and efficiency.
This system facilitates work on complex industrial equipment without the need for platforms or scaffolding, reducing execution times, minimising risks and enabling more precise work in confined spaces or vertical environments. We currently have three units in operation, located in the USA, Mexico and Spain.

Infrared thermography is a tool that has been expanding over time in the preventive and predictive industrial maintenance of different equipment.
Take advantage of the properties of infrared radiation to draw useful conclusions about the condition of the equipment under test. Inspections take less time than repairs, especially when performed with a thermal imaging camera.
Monitoring equipment performance with thermal imaging cameras can reduce the likelihood of unexpected equipment downtime, lower reactive maintenance fees and equipment repair costs, and extend the lifespan of industrial machinery assets.
Thermal imaging is excellent for detecting non-uniformity in equipment, as it indicates hot and cold spots in surface temperature by capturing infrared images.

PATENTED SYSTEM
We have developed our own patented system, ALFRANJET, generally called SHOTCRETING, which involves 100% wet-mix pumping and high-speed spraying of heat-resistant concrete with and without aluminous cement, and without dust or waste.
