Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery Division (RRD) Shutdown, Saudi Arabia

We are very proud to have been part of this turnaround at Saudi Aramco’s Riyadh Refinery Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This was one of the most extensive refractory scopes we have executed, covering 59 critical equipment across seven plant areas — including hydrogen reformers, crude and vacuum heaters, waste heat boilers, reaction furnace combustion chambers, thermal oxidizers, sulfur condensers, a process flare tip, and a DHT reformer furnace. The work involved demolition of existing refractory linings, refractory brickwork, vibrocasting of castable refractory, gunning application, ceramic fiber blanket replacement, and ferrule removal and installation. Working within a demanding turnaround schedule and coordinating across multiple plant areas required strong execution discipline from our team, and we are proud of the quality delivered on this project.
