The purpose of this project was to increase the production capacity of kiln W2 in the Intercement Apiaí plant. The project required modifying the Calciner and the Cooler. ALFRAN supplied and installed 360 tons of heat-resistant and insulating materials and installation accessories. The high speed of application of AlfranJet® technology once again made it possible to meet the client’s tight deadline and the Clinker production to start on time. ALFRAN also supervised the drying of the heat-resistant concrete and drying curve to guarantee the performance of the material.
