MELTING FURNACE IN ALU IBÉRICA

We have just finished a project in the aluminum industry that confirms our presence in this industry and strengthens our position in this market. It involves the demolition, supply, and installation of refractory materials in the H11 melting furnace, belonging to ALU-IBERICA. In addition, our turnkey service was completed with the refractory dry out carried out by our subsidiary, Intec Heat.

The Alfran concretes used were Tix 50 AL, Tix 85, Cast 60 Al, Tix 98, and the insulators Lite 10/14 and 106.

It is worth highlighting the use of our Brokk 110 for the demolition of the complete furnace, thus improving safety conditions and providing the client with a shorter execution time.
