SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF REFRACTORY MATERIALS AT
CEMENTOS MOLINS, BARCELONA, JANUARY 2024. SPAIN.

Once again, Alfran has participated in the annual shutdown of Cementos Molins, being awarded the installation of 3 of the 4 groups offered, and part of the supply of refractory material. The works have been carried out mainly in the kiln, the tertiary air duct and the tower (smoke chamber, precalciner, gooseneck, and the 3rd, 4th and 5th cyclones).

In total, more than 400 t of castables were installed, of which Alfran supplied almost 70% of the material, mainly installed by Shotcrete system.
