Supply and installation of 610 metric tons of heat-resistant AlfranJet® technology concrete in the new calciner and tertiary air duct of CEMEX CPN’s plant in Hermosillo. The supply included insulating materials and other materials needed for the installation, as well as over 30,000 anchor points that had to be installed. The client’s requirement to complete the project in a very short period of 15 days was a real challenge for ALFRAN. It was achieved thanks to careful planning and the use of the most suitable installation technologies. The project was carried out successfully and was the first of its kind by ALFRAN in Mexico.
