What is your experience like at Alfran?

My experience at Alfran has been great. I’ve been here for almost five months, and it feels like much more time has passed, in a good way. From day one, everyone has welcomed me as one of their own, and I’ve felt like a part of the company. I work as a People Technician, and although my manager and colleague are in Mexico, another part of the department is in Spain, and we make an excellent working team.

Do you feel you have autonomy and that your point of view is valued in the company?

Yes, the company promotes active participation from its employees, providing spaces to express opinions and contribute to the company’s growth. Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to take on responsibilities and develop new processes for the company. I’ve always had the support of my manager and their assistance in implementing new projects.

What is the best thing about working at Alfran?

The best thing about working at Alfran is definitely the collaborative team atmosphere and the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. The company values the personal development of its employees and fosters a positive and motivating work environment.

 Absolutely. Alfran offers an enriching work experience, an inclusive work environment, and constant support for the professional development of its employees. As part of the People Department, I see how Alfran helps other workers to train and grow professionally.
