The Wasit Gas Plant project was awarded to Alfran Saudi Arabia by SK engineering of Korea. The project was a greenfield project which included the supply and installation of over 1,500 tons of heat-resistant concrete in different parts of the recently constructed 4 SRU. The project included the complete installation of the heat resistant materials of the chimneys, condensers, and converters. It was the first large project awarded to Alfran Saudi Arabia and it was an inflection point for Alfran Saudi Arabia to enter the diverse oil and gas market of KSA.
