Alfran has been supplying in the aluminum sector, with or without installation included, a special range of monolithic refractories with anti-fog effects (Drytech, TIX and Cast). They are applicable both for repairs and for new coatings in the different equipment of the secondary aluminum foundries, especially in Reverbs Furnaces, Fused Towers (with or without rafts), Maniferous Ovens and Dispensers. The services we offer include the demolition of coatings in poor condition, welding anchors and application of different materials depending on the type of application (vibrocasted, shotcreting, gunite or pallet). The installation of our Drytech Al range with the C.I.R. makes us one of the pioneer manufacturers worldwide in Sol-Gel technology concrete (without aluminous cement) in the aluminum industry. Our TIX Non Wetting range allows us to offer the latest technology in non-wettable concretes with high mechanical resistance and abrasion.
