Thermal Insulation and Anticorrosive Protection in the Rehabilitation of the Urea Agronitrogenados Plant, owned by Pemex and Rehabilitated by Avanzia

The Agronitrogenados plant was rehabilitated after more than 15 years of abandonment. The project included the renovation of the 2 Urea trains, the Cosoleacaque gas plant and some auciliary service areas and connections with nearby Pemex plants.

Insulation: We carried out the work of supply and installation of insulating materials for pipes and equipment for heat conservation and personal protection made with mineral wool, fiberglass and expanded polystyrene, in total installing almost 30,000 thousand m2 of thermal insulation.

Paint: Application of sandblast, supply and installation of the anticorrosive paint system in several plants and areas of the complex, especially in the warehouses area, with more than 30m high and 20m deep. Enclosures were also installed on walls and decks.
