The Value Chain Department continues to strengthen its strategic role within the Aldomer Group through new initiatives aimed at optimizing procurement management and improving negotiation terms with suppliers.

In an increasingly competitive industrial environment, supply chain efficiency has become a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of operations and adding greater value to projects.

Through various strategic actions, the department works to strengthen coordination among the company’s different areas and consolidate a procurement model that is more efficient, transparent, and aligned with growth objectives.

Strategies for Optimizing Procurement Management

Among the initiatives promoted by the Value Chain Department are the updating of procedures and the centralization of procurement processes—strategies that improve the financial and operational terms of our relationships with suppliers. This approach facilitates the standardization of processes and the securing of better prices, the extension of payment terms, and the negotiation of more advantageous global agreements.

In addition, visits to suppliers have been conducted with the aim of increasing our visibility and strengthening long-term business relationships. These visits provide firsthand insight into suppliers’ capabilities, improve communication, and build trust that fosters stronger and more efficient collaboration.

Strengthening relationships with suppliers is one of the cornerstones of the department’s strategy. As part of this department-wide initiative, the Value Chain team, along with representatives from Human Resources, Management, and the Presidency, held a gathering at the Montalván restaurant in Seville. The purpose of this gathering was to strengthen team cohesion, foster camaraderie, and continue to build a work environment based on collaboration and commitment.

We participated in the 2025 Fiestas Colombinas, an event held in Huelva, Spain. The event, which took place from August 15 to 17, 2025, was attended by José María Domínguez, President of ALFRAN, and Nacho Movilla, Sales Manager. Both represented the company at a unique event that has been recognized as an important forum for strengthening business relationships and exchanging professional experiences.

The Fiestas Colombinas, an event celebrating the tradition and culture of Huelva, provided an opportunity to connect with Atlantic Copper, one of ALFRAN’s key industrial partners.
