The Grupo Aldomer, in our quest to ensure the health and safety at work of all our employees, has created 12 GOLDEN RULES for Safety at Work, in order to maximize the dissemination of these basic safety principles with a view to facilitating and maximizing their dissemination and integration in all activities and business lines of our Group.

To do so, once the final content has been approved by the Steering Committee, the poster will be displayed in all facilities where the Grupo Aldomer has offices, and at the worksite huts where Alfran provides its services.

In addition, the expanded version of each of these 12 basic rules will initially be disseminated. These golden rules are intended as a support to the Pre Task Talks before the start of each shift. After the initial dissemination of all the golden rules, campaigns will be held monthly with each of the 12 rules to reinforce their implementation on an ongoing basis.

The Management and H&S Department count on the maximum involvement of all our collaborators in the integration of the content of the 12 Golden Rules in all our activities.
